Meet Our Founder
Sheila Kern
Sheila is a results-driven contributor to the social purpose sector who helps diverse mission-driven organizations achieve their goals. Her work is grounded in a belief that engagement and impact come from genuine connection and intentional action. In every project, she seeks to build bridges—between strategy and lived experience, between organizations and their communities, and among people pursuing meaningful goals. Purposefully is more than a method—it’s a mindset that transforms how organizations collaborate, make decisions, and pursue their mission.
She lives in Vancouver with her husband and two adopted French bulldogs while her daughters explore other cities in Canada.
